Hello.

The reason I have decided to begin noting my thoughts on a blog is principally because I am becoming exasperated at running out of characters ranting on Facebook about issues that pique my attention. Most of my glorious Facebook friends have known me for many years, in fact decades, and they have become used to my witterings and peculiar views being expressed in a couple of hundred characters but I felt I had so much more to say. (groan!) My beliefs are not to everyone's taste, but regardless of whether they offend or lose me friends I cherish and will not deviate from them no matter what. I am not a fence-sitter, I make up my mind and that's that. It gets me in trouble and whilst I don't want to elicit strife (well sometimes I do), I would rather spend my life making wrong choices than be weak and make no decisions. I have certain opinions that will become very apparent to anyone bored enough to read my posts, and of course these will always influence my thoughts and writing but this is not intended to be a serious, 'heavy' blog. Some issues will be, but do expect perfume, handbags, shoes, foul language and lighthearted nonsense too! However, it is not for everyone and if you are easily offended please piss off and go crochet a blanket or something.
